One of my other learning goals for conceptualizing was to emphasize with our target group (TV production people). I’m curious how the target group will think about our concept, so not only Fraser. I (Olmo) chose to write a Scenario. In each keypoint of this scenario I wrote the feelings and thougths of the target group. Based on this info I created a Customer Journey ‘map’, or rather Customer Journey Scenario (CJS).
